Why Get A Website?
A website can:

- answer many common questions, thus reducing your interruptions during the day from phone calls
- allow your business to be found from Google searches much easier than simply having a Facebook page, thus boosting business for you
- allow you to have a more professional looking email address, which can be set up to forward emails to your existing account so you don’t have to check multiple accounts if you prefer not to
- give you more control over your online presence. A Facebook page is great, but limiting and if Facebook decide to shut your page down for whatever reason (and they do shut pages down sometimes) then you lose your entire online presence.
40% Discount Offer
For small businesses with 3 or less employees, we normally charge £200 per page to design, build, test and deploy a small business informational website (i.e. no fancy scripts or selling).
But for this offer, we will reduce the price to just £120 per page. We will produce a Privacy Policy page at no cost to you.
So a 4-page website will cost just £480 instead of £800.
We charge £285 per annum for our CHUMS service, which is a fully managed hosting service where we take care of everything for you (see below for full details). This will be reduced to £170 for the first year. You can spread the cost of this by paying £17 per month.
So, for year One, you will pay a total of £650 for a 4-page informational website, reduced from our normal price of £1.085.
There will be a £50 deposit payable in advance. The balance for the website design and build as well as the CHUMS payment for Year One will be payable within 14 days of the website going live.
Defer Payment Offer
If you choose the Defer Payment Option, then you will pay the full price, but you will get 3 calendar months after the website goes live to pay.
Ths gives you time to get some new business in through the website and get an income before you have to pay for it.
The total payable when opting for this choice is £200 per page plus £285 for the CHUMS package and the Domain Name.
There will be a £50 deposit payable in advance. The balance for the website design and build as well as the CHUMS payment for Year One will be payable within 3 months of the website going live.
Summary Of What We Are Offering
We want to help the smaller. local businesses in the Blackwater Valley area with no more than 3 employees in their recovery processes. In order to help you, we are now offering to help you get online by designing, building, testing and deploying an informational website.
We will build you a very professional, fully responsive website. Responsive means that the display of the website automatically adapts to the size of the user’s browser window, so it will look just as good on a small mobile phone as it will on a large screen desktop.
What’s the catch you ask? Well there is no catch, but just one condition – that you host the website with us and use our fully managed “CHUMS” service for at least one year. The CHUMS service means that we take care of everything for you. You do not need to worry about security, backups, hosting or keeping everything up to date.

- Updates to text or image content included at no extra charge
- Maintenance – we make sure all the software used is kept up to date and virus free
- Security – we lock the site down to keep hackers out
How To Get Started
We can do all this whilst still observing social distance rules. Most of our correspondence will be via email, so that you can read and respond at a time to suit you. You can send us texts, images etc that you want to include. Don’t worry about your grammar or spelling, we will fix all that for you. We will take your outline texts and fix any errors as well as reword where necessary for better search engine rankings. We will optimise your images for a quicker loading website.
To get the ball rolling, all you have to do is complete and send the enquiry form. There is no obligation to proceed. If you do, then you will only have to pay a small deposit up front. The bulk of the cost is not payable until AFTER the website goes public.
We will agree a suitable domain name for your business and the cost of this is included in the CHUMS package. If you already have a domain name and renew it yourself, then the cost of the CHUMS package will be reduced by £10 per annum.
It generally takes at least 6 weeks to get everything up and running, depending on how quickly you respond to our requests for info. So to give your business the best chance of a good recovery, you really need to get started on your website now.

- This offer is available only to businesses with no more then 3 employees and you must be based in the Blackwater valley area – in or near Farnham, Aldershot, Farnborough, Camberley, Yateley, Crowthorne, Fleet
- This offer only applies to informational websites i.e. websites that are for info only and not selling anything or have booking facilities
- Offer is conditional on subscribing to our CHUMS service for 1 year minimum
- We will build SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) measures into the design, but the offer does not include full SEO measures to boost your Google Ranking. Ask for our prices if this is of interest to you
- The offer is dependant on you providing us with basic texts and photos.
- If you choose the discount option, then We will design, build and test an informational website at the price of £120 per page which will be payable within 14 days of the date that the site goes public. These pages can be, for example, Home | About Us | Our Services | Contact Us. We will include a basic Privacy Policy page.
- If you choose the deferment option, then We will design, build and test an informational website at the price of £200 per page which will be payable within 3 months of the date that the site goes public. These pages can be, for example, Home | About Us | Our Services | Contact Us. We will include a basic Privacy Policy page.
- This offer assumes you have uncomplicated requirements. If you require a more complex website that requires purchased software to achieve, then we will charge for the cost of that software. We will inform you of any such charges before making any commitment.
- We will require an initial deposit of £50 which will be payable before we start the design work. This deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to produce a website to meet your requirements.
- The above Terms are specific to this offer. Our general Terms And Conditions also apply
